We appreciate you considering becoming a volunteer for “Take a Soldier Fishing”. This event is a non-profit event that exists for the sole purpose of saying “Thank-You” to our men and women in the Armed Forces for all they do to protect our freedom. Our fishing tournament is one of the larger events that Lindale B.A.S.S. Club works on all year and we can not do it without your help. Everyone involved with the tournament from “Take a Soldier Fishing”, Lindale B.A.S.S. Club, along with many others, volunteer their time for this tournament.

There will be a meeting at Lake Fork Marina on Friday, September 26th at 8pm. Boaters and military personnel will be matched up and rules will be covered. Please plan on attending this meeting if possible.
I expressly assume all risk (s) associated with the “Take a Soldier Fishing on Fork” event and I hereby release Lindale Bass club, Take a Soldier Fishing, the host marina, all sponsors, and tournament officials, including, but not limited to each of their respective employees, officers, directors, managers, members, volunteers, insurers and representatives from all claims or injury and/or damage arising out of, or related to and/or incurred in connection with this event (s). I hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Releasees from and against any and all demands, claims, causes of action, (including, but not limited to, causes of action in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, and specifically including, but not limited to, any claim of negligence and/or fault of any Releasee) , fines, penalties, damages, liabilities, judgments, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) incurred in connection with or arising out of my participation in the Lindale B.A.S.S. Club/Take a Soldier Fishing on Fork sponsored event.
By signing this document I am agreeing that I have read the waiver release above. I am signing it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
